Onion Raita,its not only for taste but is also full of nutrients .

 


Raitas are those items that are evergreen in any season and we can have it with biryani, roti, paratha and all things with that we want.

Guys, today we are making onions raita. Not only it is so easy and tasty, but also full of many nutrients which are so beneficial for our health.

First of all, I want to tell you about the nutrients found in onion and curd:---

Curd is a good sources of -- vitamin B5, vitamin B12, Potassium, Riboflavin, Iodine, Zinc, Phosphorus and many more things.

Onion is a good source of-- Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and folic acid, magnesium, calcium, iron, and fibres.

So if we eat one bowl of raita, our body, get approximately the maximum number of nutrients.

So let's get started.

Ingredients:-- 

Chopped onion - 1

Chopped green chilli- 1

Chopped tomato 1(optional)

Chopped coriander leaves

Rock salt - as for taste.

Fresh curd

A little bit of roast cumin, seeds powder.


Method:--

            *  Take an onion and chopp them into fine pieces.

*   Add the finely chopped coriander, green chilli, tomato.

* sprinkle on a Little bit or as per taste rock salt and roast cumin seeds powder.

*Finaly mix well with curd and serve it with- chapati, biryani, fried rice, paratha or as you want.
